On Thursday, Bitcoin ETF inflows saw a positive turn, led by BlackRock’s IBIT fund, which recorded a substantial purchase of $318.90 million in Bitcoin. A day prior, IBIT added $872.04m in Bitcoin to its holdings already. This inflow alone was enough to push total U.S. Bitcoin ETF inflows into positive territory for the day, despite significant outflows from several other funds.

In addition to BlackRock, Valkyrie’s BRRR fund also added to its Bitcoin holdings, with an inflow of $1.89 million. These two funds’ combined purchases helped net the day’s inflows at $32.14 million according to SoSoValue data, a positive figure amid broader mixed activity in the market.

However, Thursday wasn’t as favorable for other major funds. Five Bitcoin ETFs recorded notable outflows, including:

  • Ark Invest’s ARKB, with $94.21 million in outflows
  • Fidelity’s FBTC, losing $75.24 million
  • Bitwise’s BITB, down by $74.02 million
  • Grayscale’s GBTC, with $31.15 million in outflows
  • VanEck’s HODL, recording $13.94 million in outflows

Meanwhile, four other funds held steady with no inflows or outflows recorded. These funds included Grayscale’s BTC, Invesco’s BTCO, Franklin & Templeton’s EZBC, and WisdomTree’s BTCW.
